Cardiff Sixth Form College, a Dukes Education School

Globe Business College Munich welcomed students from Cardiff Sixth Form College to our Golden Ticket Weekend, 2-4 December, 2022.

The students were able to meet other young people from all over the world, earn CAS points, gain a certificate they can use on their CV or future applications, and enjoy a true Bavarian experience with visits to our world famous Christmas markets.

Over the course of the Golden Ticket Weekend the students were pushed out of their comfort zone and learned how to develop five key skills: bigger picture thinking, time management, grit, passion and energy, empathetic exchange, and communication.

Our Mentorship Network

The Golden Ticket Weekend is run by a professional team of lecturers, Globe Business College faculty, and visiting VIP mentors. These mentors specialise in public speaking, confidence, and personal presentation skills. They use interactive methodologies to provide an experience and exclusive insight to their professional processes.

Cardiff Sixth Form students were very lucky to be mentored by the actor Packy Lee. Packy is best known for playing Johnny Dogs in Peaky Blinders. Born in Northern Ireland, Packy has over twenty major credits to his name in film and television, as well as being an innovate entrepreneur in the Fintech space.
